By Applying for telemarketing lead services from Senior Marketing, you are accepting our terms of use. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms, Senior Marketing reserves the right to refuse service.

Terms and Conditions

Governing Laws and Venue
Any Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. And the federal laws of the United States of America. Each Party assents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas. To hear any actions or proceedings that may arise which are relative to our terms of use.

Third Party Waiver
Buyers do not have the right to assign, sub license or transfer any agreement made with the Company. Any such attempt will leave that agreement null and void. The 'Buyer' shall only be the person, or company, subscribed to the Senior Marketing application. The 'Buyer' may also be referred to individually as the 'Party'. Collectively as the 'Parties'.

Obligations
Senior Marketing will provide the Buyer with quotations and information, regarding our telemarketing sales leads. All leads will be supplied by set appointment, or phone referral, depending on 'Buyer' preference. All parties must adhere to any federal, state, local and industry laws, rules, regulations or requirements. And be licensed to sell the services they offer, within the state they select.
